What about me?

I hold a BA double-major in the philosophical disciplines of Theology and English in the Humanities, which has conditioned me to think outside the box. I am also an MBA candidate, with one-third of my studies under my belt. Additionally, I am a Catholic Christian mother and an administrative “jack of all trades.” I have worked in multiple business sectors over the course of my 12-year career, often juggling multiple jobs & side-gigs as well as single-motherhood. My children’s varying needs over the years led to pivots in my career, resulting in diverse experience in education, hospitality, publication, municipalities, law offices, small businesses, and nonprofits. This experience has taught me to quickly adapt and to develop a logistical mindset and an organizational system. Determined to work smarter, not harder, I analyze processes to enact changes in order to optimize productivity.

Basically, I’ve seen it all (ok not all, but a lot) when it comes to diverse professional work environments. I’ve always approached my work with a critical eye, taking the best of what I’d learned in different sectors and implementing them in my new work environments. With this vast array of experience, I am able to share what I’ve learned with other small businesses and nonprofits to benefit their constituencies and the community at large.

Allow me to unyoke your business from inefficiency, and unleash optimum productivity, saving you that most priceless commodity—time.

Do you find yourself over-encumbered by inefficiencies, things falling through the cracks, or miscommunications? Leave it to me to unyoke your productivity! I use a collaborative approach to ensure your team comprehends the “why” behind organizational changes, resulting in swift adoption by all. Teammates embrace change more eagerly when they are able to see how their work is a vital part of the big picture. There is no task too small; each puzzle piece is necessary for the final product.

My forte is establishing organizational systems and processes to streamline workflow, whether it’s introducing new tech or fully harnessing the power of tech already in use. I can take on those time-consuming tasks, gather analytics to help you determine areas of opportunity, or simply be an extra support resource for you and your team. I know all too well what it’s like when you’re in the thick of it, or up against a deadline, and you power through, promising yourself to figure out a better way next time. But, who has time for next time?

Let me lighten your load so you can focus on the bigger-picture and higher-stake tasks, for which you’ve been craving more time. Sometimes, we wind up in a professional survival mode, sticking with a flawed process, despite having a nagging feeling there must be a better way. Let me help you discover the better way!
